- the second building, on the other hand, is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a living room, a bathroom and a small bedroom; on the first floor, the entrance leads into a living room with space for a kitchenette, a further bathroom and another small bedroom;

- the third building is larger and comprises four rooms on the ground floor, which were formerly storage rooms; also on the ground floor is a kitchen and living area, leading up to the first floor, which features a lovely wooden mezzanine, a through-room with a fireplace, and two rooms used as bedrooms.

The structure, floor slabs and roofs have been renovated; the windows are double-glazed wooden frames, the doors are wooden, and the floors are tiled and wooden. Some of the finishes are original. There is no electricity supply, but electrical cables have been run through the walls (to be checked by a technician to confirm whether they are usable/suitable for use in accordance with current regulations); the property has spring water and a septic tank.
